That Regional District of North Okanagan 2013-2017 Financial Plan Bylaw No. 2585, 2013, be Adopted.

That Greater Vernon Water Utility Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2590, 2013, be Adopted.

That as recommended by the Greater Vernon Advisory Committee, a bid to host the BC Seniors Games in 2016 be supported contingent upon obtaining commitments of support from community organizations, and securing public assent for borrowing to construct the Community Sports Field and Athletics Facility.

Moved and seconded by Councillor Kiss and Alternate Director Spiers
That it be recommended to the Board of Directors that the proposed Greater Vernon Water Utility 2013 Budget be amended by decreasing the revenue from Fees and Charges and other Income by 2 million dollars and increasing transfers from reserves by 2 million dollars.

CARRIED Opposed by Alternate Director Lord, Director Macnabb and Agricultural Representative Osborn

Staff prepared and presented the Greater Vernon Water Utility Rates Imposition Bylaw No.2590, 2013 and incorporated the rate structure as approved by the Greater Vernon Advisory Committee.
Moved and seconded by Director Dirk and Alternate Director Lord
That it be recommended to the Board of Directors that Greater Vernon Water Utility Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2590, 2013 be given first, second and third readings; and further; That Greater Vernon Water Utility Rates Imposition Bylaw No. 2590 be adopted.
